Mason was formerly the president and CEO of the Association Forum in Chicago and the managing director for strategy and innovation at the American Society for Quality. Mason shares the leadership capabilities that have helped her thrive in association management and how she, as a non-profit CEO, is negotiating employee preferences for hybrid work and engaging her membership base on the issue. She also shares what initiatives she has seen as being most effective in improving progress on DE&I throughout her career, how individuals can influence within their organization to eventually drive change in their sectors, and how being part of a professional association can help drive social impact.
