Overview
Leanne Arcinue is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the global Technology & Services Practice, which includes the consulting, advisory, IT services, and outsourcing sectors.
Experience
Leanne has extensive experience in senior-level executive search and leadership development and assessment in the technology, services, and FinTech sectors.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Leanne spent several years at another global executive search firm where she co-led their FinTech segment and worked across the technology, communications, and financial services practices, specifically in retail banking and payments. She has also led C-level search engagements focused on chief product officers and technology officers, including CIO, CTO, and CDO roles.
Earlier in her career, Leanne was an executive director at Worldwide Business Research in New York. Before this role, she was an operations manager on the executive management team of eTelecare Global Solutions (now Concentrix), where she led and developed the first generation of BPO leaders in the Philippines. Leanne began her career as a program manager at Citigroup, Asia Pacific Banking Institute, where she designed and executed leadership development programs for Citi’s corporate clients in the APAC region.
