Overview
Suhas Anand is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dubai office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. He has more than 18 years of consulting experience, focusing predominantly on strategy, organization and operating model, board review and director development, executive assessment, and leadership development for corporate and government clients.
Experience
Suhas’ client work includes operating model and organization structure design, leadership and board assessments, leadership and board director development, and succession planning. He works primarily in the industrial sector and with sovereign wealth funds in the Middle East.
Examples of his work include reviewing and developing the boards of multiple sovereign wealth funds in the Middle East, designing the operating model for multiple industrial clients in the Middle East, reorganizing the holding company of a country’s energy sector, running multi-year talent development centers for one of the largest petrochemical companies in the world and reviewing and running development programs for the board of one of the largest energy companies in the world. He has also helped energy and media-sector clients with post-merger integration and conducted senior executive assessments for portfolios of sovereign wealth funds.
Suhas is knowledgeable about the energy sector, strategy, operating model and organization structure design, board review, and development. He is passionate about helping listed and unlisted companies have world-class governance.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Suhas was an associate partner at McKinsey & Company. Recently, he took a year off to build a non-profit EdTech start-up in India focused on holistic leadership development and sustainability.
