Experience
Alessandro has three decades of industry experience advising boards and C-Suite teams on business transformations, with a focus on leadership, culture, and organizational capabilities. He helps companies embrace change and achieve sustainable competitive advantages. He supports leaders in operationalizing their strategic decisions through effective organizational and leadership alignment.
Throughout his career, Alessandro has delivered over 200 assignments, with expertise in cultural transformation, leadership assessment and development, organizational redesign, and corporate governance effectiveness. He also occasionally participates in senior executive recruiting projects as an assessor.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Alessandro held various senior client and leadership roles at Korn Ferry, EY, ZS Associates, Boston Consulting Group, and Roland Berger. Additionally, he played a significant role at AstraZeneca, where he was globally responsible for sales force effectiveness and sales innovation programs.
