Overview
Alyse Bodine is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Philadelphia office and global managing partner of the Financial Officers Practice. She is also regional managing partner of the Corporate Officers Practice in the Americas. Her search experience includes corporate CFO and other senior-level financial officer assignments as well as board of director engagements.
Experience
Alyse works with a diverse client base, including Fortune 500, small- and medium-sized public and private companies, as well as private equity- and venture-backed companies across a range of industries.
She is a frequent speaker and panelist, addressing topics ranging from board effectiveness, talent, and team development to the evolving role of the CFO.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Alyse was an investment banker with a regional investment banking firm, where she founded a division of the firm’s marketing department.

Philanthropy and Service
Over the years, Alyse has been involved in the Philadelphia community as both an active volunteer and board member of various professional and non-profit organizations. She currently serves on the board of directors of The Mann Center for the Performing Arts. From 2016 through 2019, she served as a trustee of The Rosenbach. She is a past participant of W.O.M.E.N. in America, a nation-wide organization aimed toward helping professional women advance their careers through mentorship and leadership training.
