Overview
Alyse Bodine is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Philadelphia office and a member of the Financial Officers Practice. Throughout her 20+ years with the firm, she had several leadership roles, most recently serving as global head of the Financial Officers Practice. Alyse’s search experience includes corporate CFO and other senior-level financial officer assignments as well as board director engagements.
Experience
Alyse works with a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies, small- and medium-sized public and private companies, as well as private equity- and venture-backed companies across various industries. Previously, she was partner-in-charge of the Philadelphia office.
She is a frequent speaker and panelist, addressing topics that range from board effectiveness, talent, and team development to the evolving role of the CFO.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Alyse was an investment banker with a regional investment banking firm, where she founded a division of the firm’s marketing department.

Philanthropy and Service
Over the years, Alyse has been actively involved in the Philadelphia community, serving as both a volunteer and board member of various professional and nonprofit organizations. She currently serves on the board of directors of The Mann Center for the Performing Arts. From 2016 through 2019, she served as a trustee of The Rosenbach. She is a past participant of W.O.M.E.N. in America, a nationwide organization aimed toward helping professional women advance their careers through mentorship and leadership training.
