Overview
Anne-Frédérique Burgaud is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris office and a member of the Heidrick Consulting Practice. She works primarily to address questions around accelerating collective performance at the organization and team levels, and across sectors. Anne-Frédérique works on a wide range of subjects including organizational efficiency, analysis and development of networks of influence, and talent development policies. She also designs and deploys performance acceleration programs for management teams, and conducts individual assessments at the management level.
Experience
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Anne-Frédérique worked as a manager for a consulting firm specialized in strategy and organizational transformation. She worked with various CAC 40 companies on performance diagnosis, organizational transformation, process performance improvement, and skills development.
Before that, she carried out numerous assignments for the public sector. In particular, she led projects to support French hospitals to balance budgets. In particular, she worked on improving the efficiency of the human resources function (organization and service offering) and human resources (productivity and working hours) for some fifteen hospitals.
Anne-Frédérique is fluent in French and English. She is a certified practitioner for the Saville Wave, Swift and Hogan psychometric tests and MBTI level 1.
