Harrison Bernsen is a managing director at Business Talent Group (BTG), a Heidrick & Struggles on-demand talent company. He is a co-founder and co-lead of the BTG Life Sciences Practice, managing relationships with BTG’s largest enterprise clients.
Experience
Harrison has held successive leadership roles within BTG’s commercial organization, working with the firm’s largest enterprise life sciences clients. This includes enterprise life sciences companies across the pharmaceutical, biotech, global health, medical device, and diagnostic industries.
As part of Harrison’s role in conceptualizing and organizing BTG’s Life Sciences Practice, he provides strategic direction and oversight to leads across product strategy, talent strategy, business development, industry knowledge and insights, marketing, and data and reporting.
Harrison started his career in healthcare delivery, working in the emergency department at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital.
