Jaideep Bajaj is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Singapore office and the regional managing partner of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. He leverages his deep understanding of the growth drivers of the life sciences sector to help clients build capabilities that have a long-term impact on their businesses.
Experience
In addition to his commercial leadership, Jaideep has expertise in specialist roles in market access, reimbursement, and medical affairs. He has worked with founder promoters across Asia, helping them go global with team build-outs in the U.S. and Europe.
Jaideep joined Heidrick & Struggles with more than 12 years of executive search experience at other global search firms in Singapore and India. He spent four years as an entrepreneur in medical publishing and physician practice and management before his career in executive search.
Previously, Jaideep was GM of Bausch & Lomb’s surgical business in South Asia. He started his career in medical device sales and grew into commercial leadership roles of increasing size and complexity. He understands an organization’s business challenges and brings unique insights to his client work.
