Jessica Bennett is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Perth office and a member of the global Industrial Practice, specializing in the metals & mining, manufacturing, chemical, and industrial sectors.
Experience
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles Jessica spent time with another executive search firm where she worked on a wide variety of executive roles across mining, oil & gas, and engineering. Throughout her career, Jessica has worked on numerous global and domestic searches to assist private and public companies in identifying, assessing, and hiring senior executive talent. She is particularly passionate about coaching leadership teams on how best to attract and retain diverse talent.
Jessica has also played a leading role in the comparative assessment of board, CEO, and senior executive candidates for internal succession planning, organisational design, candidate placement, and professional development.
She is qualified to conduct a number of psychological tests, including the Hogan Personality Assessments, SHL Abilities, and Swift Executive Aptitude.
