Jaimee Eddington is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dallas office and global managing partner of the Corporate Officers Practice. Most recently, she was the regional leader of the Americas. Jaimee is a member of the global Financial Officers and CEO & Board of Directors practices, focusing on senior financial officer and board placements in the technology, consumer, industrial, healthcare, and financial services industries.

Jaimee leads searches for a wide range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, small- and medium-sized public and private companies, and private equity and venture-backed companies.
Given her prior Wall Street and corporate finance operating experience, she is a highly sought-after talent advisory consultant. She is a frequent speaker and panelist on board and in chief financial officer preparedness forums regarding board composition, talent management, and the changing role of the chief financial officer.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jaimee was an investment banker at a middle-market and bulge-bracket bank. She focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt offerings. She advised clients in various industries, including business services, branded consumer products and retail, telecommunications, media, and technology.
Jaimee spent several years at a large luxury retailer, leading strategic planning for various merchant divisions.
