Overview
Jessica Gentile is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office and a member of the Financial Officers Practice, the global CEO & Board of Directors Practice, and the global Technology & Services Practice. She focuses on recruiting CFOs, CEOs and directors for both private and public organizations of all sizes, from start-up to large-cap companies. She works with public and private boards in recruiting new directors and serves as an advisor on major board restructuring and succession projects.
Experience
Jessica’s industry expertise is predominantly focused on the technology sector, including hardware, consumer internet, mobile, software/SaaS and cloud, and she has experience working for companies at various stages of their lifecycles, including those experiencing growth, innovation, restructuring and/or global expansion.
Prior to joining Heidrick, Jessica spent several years in industry with EMC Documentum in Pleasanton, California. She began her career with FirstEnergy in Akron, Ohio at the height of industry deregulation.
