John Hindley is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles' New York office and a member of the Financial Services Practice. John focuses on hedge funds and alternative investors, placing senior executives across investment, distribution, and operational functions.
Experience
Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, he worked for Credit Suisse Prime Services as head of the EMEA Prime Consulting team, the business consulting group, advising clients across a range of issues with a focus on talent and compensation.
Prior to Credit Suisse, John worked for a boutique search firm where he led the hedge fund practice and placed senior executives in a variety of investment and operational roles. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he led the hedge funds’ tax team. Following eight years at PwC, he worked for Morgan Stanley in prime brokerage.
