Tanja Ivkovic is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Sydney office, where she leads the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice across Australia and New Zealand. She advises clients locally and internationally across hospitals and health systems, multisite healthcare, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences services.
Experience
Tanja specializes in CEO, Board, and C-suite searches, as well as leadership assessment and development. She is a certified Hogan assessor. Her experience spans private, listed, and not-for-profit sectors, as well as partnering with private equity firms to address leadership needs within their healthcare-related portfolios.
Before relocating to Australia in 2021, Tanja spent nearly a decade building and leading the firm’s healthcare and life sciences practice in the Middle East. With the industry’s rapid growth and development in the region, her mandates were often global in nature and addressed key themes such as large-scale change, transformation, and digitalization.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Tanja worked for major multinational companies in the United Arab Emirates including GE and Emirates.
