Overview
Francois Kouroriez is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Miami office and the global leader of the Insurance sector within the Financial Services Practice. He has experience across all insurance industry segments, from life, P&C, and health insurance, to reinsurance, brokerage, and asset management services. Francois is also a member of the CEO & Board of Directors Practice and has broad functional experience in finance, risk, P&L, and board leadership.
Experience
Francois works with diverse organizations, from legacy insurers to InsurTech disruptors, to recruit transformative leaders at the C-suite and board level. He focuses on the United States and on international markets, leveraging his global cross-industry background.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Francois worked for another executive search firm in its global financial services practice, which he joined following a 20-year career with General Electric. He graduated from the GE Financial Management Program in the UK and joined the GE corporate audit staff before joining GE Insurance, where he held a broad range of functional leadership roles. Francois is a multi-lingual global leader with first-hand experience living and working around the world in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
