Lukasz Kiniewicz is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Warsaw office and co-leader of the Digital Infrastructure Sector in Europe. He specializes in executive search at the director and CEO level across the full scope of technology and telco sectors and is a trusted advisor to executives.
Experience
Lukasz joined Heidrick & Struggles from another executive search firm where he built a highly successful executive search practice in the technology, telco, and digital sectors, developing strong relations as a trusted advisor and C-level recruiter in Poland and internationally.
Lukasz has more than 24 years of professional experience. Prior to executive search, he was a tech entrepreneur for more than 7 years, creating and developing several technology start-ups, including e-commerce and mobile payments companies.
Lukasz has more than 10 years in management consulting with A.T. Kearney, IBM, and Accenture, with significant international exposure, as well as an executive position in a Polish fixed-line, broadband challenger Telco operator. His expertise includes technology, telco, fintech, payments, e-commerce, cybersecurity, blockchain, cloud, and modern omnichannel banking.
