Maria has driven rapid organizational growth and digital transformation for nearly two decades with a distinct and passionate focus on leadership. She helps clients architect data-driven strategies that drive leadership decisions at scale and brings innovative technology to the market to disrupt and transform how organizations lead through change.
Maria’s expertise spans C-suite and global roles focused on architecting growth strategies, leading digital businesses, and advising executive teams across industries on succession and leadership transitions. She has delivered leadership programs, coaching, and keynotes to thousands of leaders globally.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Maria was the chief revenue officer at a global leadership development firm. Prior to that, she led the Americas digital business at a global organizational advisory firm and has held several positions leading commercial organizations across technology and consulting solutions.
