Experience
Shaloo is a globally-experienced, commercially-focused, human capital transformation and HR leader, with deep expertise in working across multiple markets in Europe, Middle East, Asia, and North and South America, helping businesses succeed in delivering the people and organisation dimensions of strategic change. She has strong experience in both setting up and shaping in-house human capital functions as well as operating as a senior strategic HR advisor to executive committees and boards on organization, team, and leadership transformation.
Shaloo has worked for more than 20 years in global HR and human capital roles, leading organization effectiveness and operational HR functions, as well as driving global human capital transformation programs in firms such as Santander and Citibank. She began her career in marketing and has worked post-MBA at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in their strategy consulting practice.
Shaloo’s HR capability focus lies in delivering optimal organization capabilities in various scenarios such as new venture set up, digitization, turnaround, acquisition, divestiture, downsizing, organic growth, and joint-venture backed businesses. She is also an active champion of shaping diversity across organizations. She is a level 7 CIPD holder in human resources management, a certified SAFE Agile practitioner, a trained leadership assessor and a top team coach.
