Experience
Steven was CEO at Decision Strategies International (DSI), a global organization and executive development advisory firm acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2016. Previously at DSI, Steven was senior managing partner, supporting executives in stepping up to CEO and C-suite roles by developing capabilities for strategic agility, transformation, decision making, collaboration, customer centricity, and innovation. He advised CEOs on how to implement winning strategies for an uncertain world, and shape adaptive organizations that flex to rapidly-changing demands.
Before joining DSI, Steven was a senior partner at Oliver Wyman/Mercer Delta where he led the executive talent management practice focusing on succession planning for CEOs and C-suite roles, building leadership bench strength, aligning talent strategy with business strategy, and advising CEOs and boards on organizational transformation. Previously, he was a senior managing vice president at Right Management Consultants, where he led the human capital consulting business for the Americas, focusing on leadership assessment, development, and coaching as well as change management and employee engagement. He joined Right Management when it acquired Key Management Strategies, a firm where Steven was an owner and CEO.
