Suvi Kitchloo is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dubai office and a member of the global Industrial Practice. Her expertise includes multinationals and local organizations as well as private equity-backed entities in the energy and infrastructure, utilities, EPC, renewables, metals, mining, and petrochemical sectors.
Experience
Suvi advises clients on senior leadership roles across the Middle East and North Africa. She has more than 10 years of professional experience in executive search appointing executives in energy, chemicals, and new energies clients. She has helped clients find CEOs, regional MDs, finance, human resource, operations, technology and business development executives across the Industrial sector. Additionally, she has partnered on engagements supporting nationalization of key roles across Middle East.
Suvi worked with two global international executive search firms in India and the Middle East before joining Heidrick & Struggles.
