Sahar has 16+ years of experience in executive search and talent advisory, with expertise in pharma, biotech, biopharma services, life sciences tools and diagnostics, CDMOs, medical devices, consumer health, and AI and tech-enabled platforms that serve the healthcare industry.
Previously, Sahar worked for another leading global executive search firm where she served clients in both healthcare services and life sciences. She was a global sub-sector and key account leader for the practice.
She was the director of research for the Chicago office, leading a team of sixteen analysts and associates across a portfolio of executive search and talent advisory consulting. She was responsible for their staffing, growth, and development within the firm.
Sahar began her career as a research assistant in the economics department at Columbia University, conducting research in industrial organization and game theory.
