David Peck is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Los Angeles office and leads the Coaching Practice globally. This practice offers leadership, group, team, and leader-as-coach services. David also leads the Coaching Center of Excellence and is on Heidrick Consulting’s global leadership team.
Experience
For over two decades, David and his teams have partnered with CEOs, emerging leaders, and executive teams to unlock exceptional performance and sustainable growth. Drawing on experience leading practices and coaching 400+ CEOs, senior executives, and teams, David brings unique insights from both sides of the desk: scaling a financial services startup business unit to $21B in assets and leading/integrating a FinTech subsidiary as COO and serving as a Georgetown-trained leadership coach post-C-Suite.
David and his coaches worldwide help leaders and teams address blind spots, build agility, and create the conditions for their organizations to achieve and thrive. His approach enables clients to maximize their impact with boards, colleagues, investors, and customers by enhancing effectiveness and purpose.
