Katherine Pluck is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and a member of the Financial Services Practice. Her client work spans consumer financial services, wealth management, brokerage and trading, payments, and FinTech.
Experience
Katherine has more than 10 years of experience in senior executive search. She specializes in senior-level leadership and governance roles, including board directors, CEOs, presidents, COOs, and sales and marketing talent for established businesses and high-growth disruptors. Katherine's depth of experience extends beyond search to include board and CEO succession, assessments, team build-outs, and talent development.
In previous roles at Heidrick & Struggles, Katherine has specialized in risk, compliance, fraud, and AML mandates with financial services clients.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Katherine worked at JPMorgan Chase within a private bank and at UBS in the financial controlling and reporting group of the investment bank.
