Lydia Peraza is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Mexico City and Monterrey offices and a member of the global Consumer Markets, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and CEO & Board of Directors practices in Latin America. She has 20+ years of experience in executive search, working with clients in consumer products, hospitality and leisure, media, entertainment and internet, retail, and luxury goods.
Experience
Lydia began her consulting career at Heidrick & Struggles in Mexico, developing search strategies at managerial levels for multinational and national companies within the consumer, financial, healthcare, and technology sectors. She is a former member of the quality team in Mexico, where she earned the “Best Performance Award.”
Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Lydia worked with various global and Latin American executive search firms in roles of progressing responsibilities and expertise, including knowledge manager, principal client partner, and regional managing director. During this time, she was part of opening the Mexico subsidiary of a boutique executive search firm.
Before her career as a consultant, Lydia worked for Citibank and Kraft Foods Company for five years.
She has participated in several conferences relating to the "Future of Work" at various universities in Mexico and abroad.
