Gaby Riddington is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Sydney office, where she leads the Heidrick Consulting business in Australia and New Zealand and the Coaching Practice for APAC. With over 25 years in leadership consulting and executive search, Gaby brings to her clients a deep understanding of the commercial landscape and leadership capabilities that accelerate business performance.
Experience
As an experienced leadership advisor and executive coach, Gaby specializes in CEO and enterprise succession planning, leadership assessment and development, top team acceleration, and board effectiveness. She is a member of the firm’s Global Promotions Committee, overseeing internal promotions to partner.
Gaby works globally with individuals and teams at the board and C-suite levels to drive business performance through great leadership. She works across a range of industry sectors for public, private, and partnership organizations at all stages of the business life cycle. Gaby has an innovative, data-informed approach to co-create impactful, pragmatic client solutions.
Gaby founded and led a successful leadership development and assessment firm in Asia Pacific for 14 years prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles in 2020. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade as an executive director of an ASX-listed recruitment organization.
Gaby is a certified Hogan and Saville assessor and is accredited in a wide range of development-focused tools and frameworks.
