She has two decades of experience placing top-tier legal talent in general counsel, chief legal officer, and other senior roles across various industries worldwide. She also specializes in executive searches for compliance professionals, board members, and corporate governance executives. Victoria is a trusted advisor on succession planning, leveraging Heidrick & Struggles’ assessment and advisory services to develop programs that accelerate the legal function’s performance.
Experience
Victoria played a critical role in establishing and growing the firm’s General Counsel Practice, making it a leading global practice. She has held significant leadership positions within the firm, leading the Legal Practice and serving on the management team as the Global Managing Partner of the Corporate Officers’ Practice. Victoria also led the Global Promotions Committee for several years.
Victoria, a sought-after speaker and moderator, frequently addresses leadership trends in corporate governance, succession planning, diversity, and crisis management. She has presented at prestigious forums such as Stanford Law School's Directors' College, the Practicing Law Institute, and the Minority Corporate Counsel Association.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Victoria worked at a boutique financial services recruitment firm. She also has a background in not-for-profit organizations, where she spent five years in various capacities.
