Overview
Stuart Sadick is a partner emeritus in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office. He advises on the most important internal initiatives related to the firm’s talent development and culture. Before moving into the emeritus role in 2024, Stuart spent 25 years as a partner, focusing on the business services sector and leading senior-level searches across various functions.
Experience
Stuart led the Boston office as the managing partner from 2001 to 2006 and has been actively involved in various global firm initiatives, including strategy, quality, consultant development, and training. Since 2011, Stuart has chaired the firm’s Global Quality Council. He has also co-led the Pride@Heidrick Employee Resource Group for the past several years.
Earlier in his career, Stuart was the vice president of recruitment and professional development at CSC Index, the strategy consulting arm of Computer Sciences Corporation. Reporting to the CEO, he was instrumental in recruiting and building talent across the firm in Asia, North America, and Europe. He began his search career at another global executive search firm.
After completing his graduate studies, Stuart was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Co., Inc. in Chicago.

Philanthropy and Service
Stuart has been an active volunteer at both the board and direct service levels. He is currently the board president at Preservation Worcester. He has previously served as the board president of Massachusetts Citizens for Children, a child advocacy organization, and The Second Step, which provides services to survivors of domestic violence.
