Scott Thompson is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the Financial Services Practice. He works with various clients, recruiting financial officers and senior technology and operations executives for banks, private equity, hedge funds, FinTech, and insurance companies.
Experience
Scott has recent experience recruiting chief technology officers to heads of security, digital, development, data, engineering, infrastructure, cloud, architecture, and operations leaders. While his focus has been on financial services, Scott also recruits top technology talent across industries.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Scott was with Bloomberg L.P. in the sales and analytics department, responsible for selling to investment managers, insurance companies, endowments, and universities.
