Overview
Todd Taylor is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and the global managing partner of Client-Driven Growth. Most recently, he was the global managing partner of the Financial Services Practice. Todd focuses on CEO, the greater C-Suite, and board roles within financial services.
Experience
Todd's client work spans consumer financial services, including wealth, consumer banking, private banking, brokerage and trading, and retirement, with additional expertise in digital transformation and platform management. He specializes in senior-level leadership and governance roles, including board directors, CEOs, and other C-level and senior-level roles.
Prior to joining Heidrick in 2011, Todd was a managing director with Morgan Stanley where he had various senior operating roles in the firm’s global wealth management business and firm-wide marketing including head of strategy, head of the high-net-worth segment, as well as overseeing the talent management functions. Todd also served on the operating and management committees for the firm’s global wealth management business.
