Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Vittorio was an entrepreneur, having launched three successful start-ups and held senior management positions at Vodafone, Mondadori, and Reply. He has published extensively in Italy on the impact of digital technology on labour and media, a topic on which he often lectures at universities and public events.
