Jiat-Hui Wu is the partner-in-charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Singapore office, co-lead of the CEO & Board of Directors Practice for Southeast Asia, and a member of the Financial Services Practice. She has expertise across asset management, banking, insurance, and financial technology and rich functional experience in technology and operations, digital transformation, and human resources.

Experience

Jiat-Hui is a trusted advisor in leadership consulting and executive search to leading financial institutions in Southeast Asia and Singapore-headquartered organizations. With a strong passion for people and talent development, coupled with her industry knowledge, she is able to bring deep insights into organizations' leadership requirements.

Previously, Jiat-Hui was the head of the financial services practice of another global executive search firm in Singapore where she worked on senior, high-profile C-suite roles across the APAC region.

Before her leadership consulting career, Jiat-Hui had a distinguished career in banking and global markets. She held many senior positions in leading international banks, including head of credit sales, ASEAN for HSBC, and co-head of FICC distribution Southeast Asia for UBS. Earlier in her career, she was with J.P. Morgan and DBS Bank.
