John Young is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Singapore office and a member of the global Technology & Services Practice. He focuses on advising clients across software and services, both large global corporates and significant private equity-funded businesses.
Experience
Since joining Heidrick & Struggles, John has worked with some of the world’s largest businesses in the consulting, strategy, systems integration, and outsourcing markets, as well as smaller, entrepreneurial organizations seeking to bolster their leadership teams to achieve their growth ambitions. He also helps clients build capabilities in emerging technologies such as AI, advanced analytics, and digital and has a strong focus on fintech.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, John was a consultant with a global boutique search firm. He is fluent in Arabic.
