Uroš Zver is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Amsterdam office and a member of the global Climate & Sustainability Practice placing executive and non-executive leaders within companies strengthening critical global systems.
Experience
Uroš advises investors, boards, and leadership teams on C-level and board director appointments across the value-creation cycle, from venture capital and growth to corporate transformation. He collaborates with climate tech innovators, corporates driving decarbonization, and businesses advancing global resilience in tech sovereignty, sustainable food chains, and defense.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Uroš was part of the international management team at a global executive search platform focused on high-growth tech, specializing in board-building, CEO succession, and scaling leadership teams internationally.
Earlier, he worked in scientific research at the European University Institute and began his career as a diplomat, serving with organizations such as the United Nations and NATO in New York, Brussels, and Delhi.
