International Coach Federation (ICF)-accredited programs are designed for individuals who want to develop coaching skills and apply them to help achieve personal and organizational goals. Facilitated by coaching experts, they are ideal for anyone who seeks to become an executive coach or a leader who is interested in incorporating coaching into their leadership skill set. These programs provide learners with significant opportunities to put their newfound skills into meaningful practice and apply them in an organizational setting.
US-based
Designed for those seeking to become International Coaching Federation (ICF)-certified coaches. LCOP programs are available through open enrollment in the United States in partnership with North Carolina State University, Rutgers University, and American University.
- Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP)
- Twelve-day program (face-to-face or virtual, organized by modules)
- Meets ICF academic requirements to apply for Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential

- Six-day program (2 x 3 days or 3 x 2 days) plus 4.5 hours of mentor coaching and 9 hours of triad peer coaching face-to-face or virtually (60 hours total)
- This program is designed for anyone interested in coaching who wants to build their capability. Full attendance and completion of the program are required for certification.
