Schneider Electric’s Anil Chaudhry discusses how automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning are changing the industrial sector and offers advice for aspiring leaders.

Chaudhry has over 40 years of experience in energy infrastructure and related fields, and in 2015 was conferred the highest French civilian honor, Knight of the Legion of Honor, by the President of the Republic of France. In this interview, Chaudhry discusses how the skill set required for CEOs is changing and how automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning are changing the industrial sector. He also shares advice for people in both middle management and the C-suite who aspire to leadership positions on how they can cope with an industry in a time of disruption, as well as his thoughts on how leaders can ensure that the adoption of new technology and new structures and ideas have a positive outcome overall for the people in an organization.
