Suresh Raina is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles' Mumbai office and a member of the global Industrial and CEO & Board of Directors practices. He partners with clients to recruit C-level executives for a wide range of organizations across the manufacturing, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
Experience
With over two decades of cross-functional corporate experience followed by more than 15 years in executive search and leadership advisory, Suresh has been a strategic partner and trusted advisor to global and Indian companies, guiding them on leadership talent matters. His interest in leadership and management principles and practices has helped him to deliver on various C-suite and board mandates.
Throughout his career, Suresh has held several cross-functional roles in Indian and multinational companies, including leadership positions in sales, operations, and general management. In his most recent corporate role, he served as managing director for North America and the Caribbean at De La Rue Cash Processing Solutions.
Suresh has worked with global corporations such as HCL, Invensys, and Prudential, as well as start-ups and growth companies across South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and North America. He has led numerous change and organizational renewal initiatives, driving profitable growth.
