Overview
Dr. Regis Chasse is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Washington D.C. office and leads leadership development solutions initiatives for Heidrick Consulting. He is a seasoned author and conference speaker on talent development, continuous learning, alternative credentials, the future of learning, and learning impact.
Experience
Previously, Regis founded and was the chief learning officer at CLO Advisors, a consulting firm bringing education research to academic and corporate institutions.
Before that, he was a learning executive with large multinationals for more than 20 years, setting up and driving learning and leadership development functions across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and India. Regis was the dean of the Leadership Institute at Majid Al Futtaim, a Dubai-based lifestyle conglomerate and a member of the Capgemini University executive committee and director of global curriculum for Capgemini Group.
Regis is a member of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) steering committee governing a Learning Measurement Certification (LIFT) for learning organizations. He was a member of the Employer Subject Matter Expert Team (ESMET) advising the U.S. Department of Education on the “Jobs for the Future” initiative.
