Adam Howe is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York City and London offices. He advises clients on how to best align their talent, teams, culture, and organizational design to deliver on their purpose and strategy.
Adam leads the Organizational Simplicity and Digital Transformation service offerings and is a member of the Culture Shaping Practice.
Experience
Adam frequently hosts the Heidrick & Struggles Leadership Podcast and contributes to the firm’s thought leadership on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, culture, organization design, and simplicity.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Adam founded a boutique consultancy that helped global company leaders eliminate unnecessary complexity to create simpler, smarter, and more agile organizations.
Before that, Adam was a practice lead at Mind Gym, a consultancy specializing in organizational performance and culture change. In this role, he designed award-winning change programs for a major UK energy company and the UK government.
Adam began his career in Accenture’s strategy service line. He has worked internationally across various sectors, helping organizations enhance performance through initiatives focused on people, teams, organizational design, and culture.
