Jens Vogt

Jens Vogt is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Bremen office and leads the leadership advisory business in D|A|CH. He has 25+ years of experience in the people and culture space, specializing in leadership assessment, leadership development, team effectiveness, culture shaping, and executive coaching for senior executives and teams across industries.

As a seasoned advisor and inspirational speaker, Jens works with executives from leading global organizations across industries, helping them to unleash the true potential of their people. 
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jens was a managing partner at a leading boutique provider of professional services in systemic leadership development and cultural transformation work in Germany for more than 15 years.

Previously, he was head of development in a specialized management consulting firm for four years. Jens started his career working as a cruise director on international cruise liners around the world.

Jens is a widely-regarded expert and speaker in the field of 21st-century leadership. He is the author of the bestselling book LEAD NOW! - which provides insights and guidance on becoming an effective and future-ready leader.

As an active member of the International Coach Federation, Jens fulfills the highest ethical and quality standards set by the coaching profession. He is one of 12 Master Certified Coaches (ICF) in Germany, the highest internationally recognized level of certification for professional coaches.
